Most likely cause:
Internet browsing history contains too many files.
What you can try:
- In Internet Explorer, click Tools, click Internet Options.
- Depending on your browser version, under the General tab look for Browsing History, click Delete and delete all temporary internet files.
- Change number of days temporary files are stored in history to zero or 1 (Reducing default setting, which may be as high as 20).This may be found on the General tab or may be found after clicking Settings under browsing History.
- In Internet Explorer, click Tools, click Internet Options, and then click the Advanced tab.
- Scroll down and uncheck the "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" option in the Security settings.
- Click on the Refresh button on the toolbar to reload the page. After refreshing, you might need to navigate to the specific webpage again, or re-enter information.
