Guarantee Terms and Conditions:

1. Extension of benefits per our guarantee requires receipt of a copy, via email of your test results indicating failure while using our membership. Test results must clearly show your name and date of examination.
2. At the time of requesting extension of benefits, member must NOT have canceled membership, nor have violated Tutorial Systems' Terms and Conditions of Purchase. A canceled membership voids guarantee benefits.
3. Extension of benefits is defined: one month (30 DAYS) additional membership absolutely FREE, starting on your next regularly scheduled billing date.
4. Guarantee request must be received no later than the last business day PRIOR to your next regularly scheduled billing date.
5. Guarantee benefits valid once per customer.
